About the Presenter: Shawn E. Costley

Shawn E. Costley is the Property Acquisitions Director for PIER Services Group; a real estate investing company in Upper Marlboro MD, that specializes in creating win-win real estate solutions for buyers, sellers and real estate investors in the Washington DC Metropolitan area.  He is also the Senior Editor of The Prince George’s Real Estate Investor, a free online electronic newsletter (i.e. e-zine) containing articles and news of interest as well as real estate investment opportunities in and around Prince George’s County.

Shawn has a degree in Marketing from Norfolk State University and prides himself in building every one of his websites (including his weekly newsletter and—in fact—the webpage you’re reading) without any knowledge of HTML programming.  He specializes in working with clients who are new to the areas of marketing, website design, internet marketing and newsletter development; catering his teaching and methodologies to the beginner.
